All e-commerce services in this Site are provided by Yahoo! Merchant Services / Yahoo! Search Marketing ("YSM"). YSM is contracted to monitor certain pages of this Site for the purpose of reporting web traffic, statistics, advertisement 'click-throughs', and/or other activities to Drivaware. YSM may use Cookies, Web beacons, and/or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics on our Site Users. No personally identifiable data is collected by or transferred to YSM.

Updating or Deleting User Information
Drivaware offers Users who have provided Information to Drivaware an opportunity to review the Information provided to update or correct any errors. Users also can delete any Information provided to Drivaware or make choices about whether to receive special offers from Drivaware or any of our friends.

Because your satisfaction with your LaneFX experience is paramount, this Site has security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Information under our control, including credit card information that is submitted to Drivaware. When Users place orders or access their account information, the Site uses secure server software (SSL), which encrypts all information Users' input before it is sent to us. Thus, we have taken steps to protect the Information we collect from you from unauthorized access.
